Chocolate protein balls

These protein balls are great for pre or post workouts as a snack to boost your energy!

They are super easy to make and very satisfying!

​

  1. Stir oats, peanut butter, honey, broken up chocolate, flax seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Scoop chilled mixture into balls. Keep cold until serving.

(you can choose different flavours of protein powder, I chose chocolate fudge to make it extra chocolaty!)

Ingredients 

  • 200gsm rolled oats

  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 200g chopped dark chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder, or to taste

Makes approx 16 balls at 150 calories a ball.
